RAF Physical Training Instructors expose exercising myths
and give you manageable tips to get in shape for 2010

What is best the way to get a defined six pack? Which types of exercises should you combine to maximise your efforts? Is it worth warming up before your run or is it all a waste of time?

There are hundreds of ‘experts’ giving advice on the best ways to get your body performing at its best, but often that advice is confusing and unhelpful. Even then, regardless of what exercise you are advised or want to do, do you even have the time to put in the hours and get fit?

RAF Physical Training Instructors (PTIs) undergo nine months of intensive training. By following tips from RAF PTIs Cpl Simon Wray, a previous winner of the Gladiators and future England women’s rugby star, Cpl Louise Redmond you can take charge of your exercise regime and get your body looking its best.

In the following video, let the RAF enlighten you as to what is myth, what is fact and what will really have you fighting fit.
